The City of Seoul supports environmental improvement and functional reinforcement of social welfare facilities to ensure Seoul citizens utilize the welfare facilities in a more convenient and useful manner. Our foundation investigates whether Seoul City's functional reinforcement project budget which has been provided for the construction of new welfare facilities, as well as extension and renovation works, equipment, rental, etc. has been properly executed to ensure user satisfaction with the facilities through effective distribution of the budget.

New construction, expansion, renovation, and equipment reinforcement for welfare facilities for the disabled (rehabilitation centers for the disabled, medical facilities, sports facilities, sign language interpretation centers, day-care centers, residential facilities, vocational rehabilitation centers, and so on.), social welfare centers, welfare facilities for the elderly (rehabilitation centers for the elderly, medical welfare facilities for the elderly, residential welfare facilities for the elderly), among the social welfare facilities managed by Seoul Metropolitan Government are subject for the projects.
