Aligned with our mission to build a welfare-centered city where citizens thrive, SWF is dedicated to fostering a work environment that respects and protects the human rights of employees as individuals, workers, and citizens. We encourage each staff member to develop a heightened sensitivity to human rights, embracing the responsibility of promoting human rights-focused management to ensure all Seoul citizens can fully enjoy their fundamental rights.
